March 2014: Another class-action lawsuit alleging that Pepsico fails to inform consumers that Pepsi One soft drinks contain carcinogenic levels of 4-methylimidazole (4-MeI) was filed. (Ibusuki et al v. Pepsico, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 14-cv-01193, C. D. CA.). Later in March, the case was transferred to another California court. (Case No. 14-cv-1193, N. D. CA.)
