Frito-Lay Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips
A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Frito-Lay. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company falsely markets Salt and Vinegar Flavored Potato Chips as being natural and containing no artificial flavors when, according to plaintiffs, the chips contain artificial flavors.
