Allegations: Failing to disclose that products contain a dangerous pesticide
October 2017: A federal judge dismissed this action finding that state law claims were preempted by federal law and the complaint failed to state a claim. Plaintiffs have until November 10, 2017 to file an amended complaint.
June 2017: A Consolidated Class Action Complaint was filed making similar allegations.

2016: Between March and June 2016, multiple class-action lawsuits were filed against The Quaker Oats Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing Quaker Oats Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal products as containing maple syrup or maple sugar when they actually do not contain such ingredients.
