In February 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Rexall Sundown and Nature’s Bounty for allegedly falsely marketing that Triple Strength Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health with Joint Shield™ (a dietary supplement that contains glucosamine chondroitin and an extract from the Boswellia serrata plant) contains a triple strength dose when, according to the complaint, the supplement contains the same dosage as the single strength version.
