In October 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Rite Aid for allegedly misleadingly labeling Rite Aid Day Logic Ultimate Sheer Continuous Spray Sunscreen as having an SPF of 85 when, according to the complaint, the SPF is actually 22. (Lynn et al v. Rite Aid Corp., Case No. 18-cv-8761, C.D. Cal.)
