February 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Rite Aid for allegedly misleadingly stating the amount of certain ingredients in one serving of its brand of nutritional supplements – including glucosamine/chondroitin, lycopene, cranberry, calcium, and Echinacea/goldenseal – without adequately disclosing that one serving is multiple tablets. (Silva v. Rite Aid Corporation, Case No. 18-cv-305, D. OR.)
