June 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Keurig Dr Pepper and Mott’s for allegedly falsely advertising juices – including various flavors of Mott’s Apple Juice, RealLemon Lemon Juice and RealLime Lime Juice – as being 100% juice when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain added chemical preservatives and flavors. (Siflinger et al v. Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc. and Mott’s LLP d/b/a RealLemon and RealLime, Case No. 56-2020-00542502, California State Court – Ventura)
