Vita Coco Vanilla Coconut Milk

In April 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against All Market Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the exclusive flavoring ingredient in Vita Coco Coconut Milk is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient and reveals that the drink contains “Natural Flavors.” (Ali et al v. All Market, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-2823, S.D.N.Y.)
