In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Rite Aid for allegedly misleadingly representing that Dreamhouse Fine Foods Gourmet Praline Pecans contain “evaporated cane juice” when, according to plaintiffs, the snacks contain sugar. (Henderson et al v. Rite Aid Corp., Case No. 19-cv-9870, S. D. NY.)
