November 2017: The named plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal regarding the dismissal.

October 2017: A federal judge dismissed this action for failure to state a claim determining that the labeling conforms with FDA policy.

2017: A class-action lawsuit filed against ConAgra Foods and several supermarkets alleging that Wesson Vegetable Oil, Wesson Canola Oil, Wesson Corn Oil, and Wesson Best Blend are advertised as “Pure & 100% Natural” when, according to the complaint, the oils contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and unnatural ingredients.
