August 2014: A false advertising class-action lawsuit against ConAgra Foods was transferred from state court to federal court. The complaint, which was originally filed in June 2014, alleges that the company falsely labels PAM cooking sprays as “”100% Natural” when they actually contain artificial and synthetic ingredients. (Center et al v. ConAgra Foods, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-05248, W. D. AR.).
