June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against ConAgra Foods, Inc. for, among other things, allegedly falsely marketing Crunch ‘n Munch (caramel popcorn snacks) as containing “0g Trans Fat” when, in reality, the snacks contain dangerous levels of trans fat. (Walker et al v. ConAgra Foods, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-2424, N. D. CA.)
