March 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Johnson & Johnson for allegedly using You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Motrin® pain reliever and fever reducer products. According to the complaint, the company uses containers that make it appear as if consumers are buying more than they actually are. (Marte et al v. McNeil-PPC, Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-01745, S. D. NY.).
