That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Tylenol® pain reliever and fever reducer products. According to the complaint, the company uses containers that make it appear as if the consumer is buying more than they actually are. (Fermin et al v. McNeil-PPC and Johnson & Johnson Companies, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-01215, E. D. NY.).
