February 2017: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Salesforce.com for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of subscriptions for customer support software products. According to the complaint, the company offers automatic renewal and continuous service offers without adequately disclosing the terms of such offers resulting in customers being charged without their consent.
