In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Hain Celestial Group for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the exclusive flavoring ingredient in Rice Dream beverages is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that the rice drink contains unspecified “Natural Flavors” in addition to vanilla ingredients. (Kyszenia et al v. The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-979, E.D.N.Y.)
