Westsoy Vanilla Soymilk

In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Westbrae Natural for allegedly misleadingly marketing Westsoy vanilla soymilk as containing vanilla when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list shows that the product contains “natural vanilla flavor with other natural flavors” instead of vanilla. (Barreto et al v. Westbrae Natural, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-9677, S. D. NY.)
