Raw and Unfiltered Honey Products from The Kroger Co.

In September 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Kroger Co. for allegedly misleadingly labeling Private Selection Raw and Unfiltered Wildflower Honey, as well as Simple Truth Organic Raw and Unfiltered Honey as being “Raw and Unfiltered” when, according to plaintiffs, the honey in the products is heated and is therefore not raw. (Pope et al v. The Kroger Co., Case No. 19-cv-817, S. D. OH.)
