Gerber Good Start Gentle Infant Formula

January 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

November 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Gerber alleging, among other things, that the company misleadingly represents that the Gerber Good Start Gentle infant formula will prevent and reduce the risk of developing allergies when, according to the plaintiffs, the formula does not reduce the risk of allergies in infants. (Werthe et al v. Gerber Products Co. d/b/a Nestlé Nutrition, Nestlé Infant Nutrition, and Nestle Nutrition North America, Case No. 14-cv-8216, D. Ariz.).
