June 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Google alleging that the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) age-ratings for games in the Google Play store do not adequately disclose that certain games – including FIFA Soccer, Mario Kart Tour, Roblox and Final Fantasy Brave Exvius – use Loot Boxes, which, according to the complaint, are a form of gambling that violates California state’s anti-gambling laws.
