In July 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Boulder Brands USA for allegedly deceptively packaging Glutino Gluten Free Pretzels in opaque containers with more than 40% empty space. (Cordes et al v. Boulder Brands USA, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-6534, C.D. Cal.)
