Boulder Canyon Snack Chips
In February 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Inventure Foods for allegedly deceptively marketing Boulder Canyon snack chips – including the Canyon Cut Olive Oil Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper, Kettle Cooked Hickory Barbeque, Rice & Adzuki Beans Chipotle Cheese – as containing evaporated cane juice when they actually contain sugar. (Burton et al v. Inventure Foods, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-134, S. D. IL.)
