August 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. and Mars Inc. for allegedly deceptively representing the number of calories in Starburst Gummies Sours by indicating that each serving has 130 calories on the front label while saying that each serving has 140 calories on the back label.
