September 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Volvo for allegedly falsely marketing the in-car technology user interface “Sensus” in Volvo XC90s as being compatible with Android Auto (a Google app) when, according to the complaint, they are not. (Middien v. Volvo Cars of North America LLC et al, Case No. 17-cv-11721, D. Mass.)
