Various Lines of Herbal Supplements: Finest Nutrition, Spring Valley, and Others

Early 2015: Multiple false advertising lawsuits were filed against several marketers of herbal supplements — including Walmart, Walgreens, GNC, and Target — over a period of a few months. Among other things, the lawsuits allege that the companies misleadingly label several brands of supplements – including Finest Nutrition, Spring Valley, Herbal Plus, and Up & Up – as containing certain herbal ingredients when they actually do not contain such ingredients.
