December 2019: This case was transferred from state court to federal court. (Case No. 19-cv-8010, N. D. Cal.)

November 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against 24 Hour Fitness for allegedly misleadingly marketing that members who pay for the Super Sport membership would be provided with towel service at gyms when, according to plaintiffs, the gyms stopped providing towel service in June 2019. (Conn et al v. 24 Hour Fitness, USA, Inc., Case No. C19-02183, California State Court – Contra Costa)
