In June 2015, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ford Motor Company for allegedly misleadingly advertising the mileage of the Ford Fusion Hybrid. According to the named plaintiff, the Fusion “performed below the advertised mileage even under optimal conditions.” (DeLuca et al v. Ford Motor Company and Does 1-50, Case No. BC583666, Superior Court of the State of California, For the County of Los Angeles)
