September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against AC2T, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing that the Spartan Mosquito Eradicator provides “do-it-yourself mosquito control” that “eradicate[s] your mosquito population for up to 90 days” when, according to the complaint, the product does not kill mosquitos or decrease mosquito populations. (Rosenfeld et al v. AC2T, Inc. et al, Case No. 20-cv-4662, E.D.N.Y.)
