June 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.
March 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against USPLabs and AllStarHealth.com for allegedly misleadingly marketing the supplement PowerFULL. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the companies market the supplement as having the ability to “increase Natural Human Growth Hormone production by 221% after just ONE dose,” as well as improve the quality of sleep, without adequate and reliable scientific evidence to support such claims. In addition, the plaintiffs claim that USPLabs misleadingly uses the name “USP” because it is also the acronym for United States Pharmacopeia, a nonprofit scientific organization that sets standards for the quality of drugs, vitamins, and dietary supplements. (Moore et al v. USPLabs, LLC and AllStarHealth.com, Case No. 15-cv-2374, S. D. NY.)
