In September 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Golub Group for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavor in its pics Vanilla Soymilk comes from vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list reveals that the product also contains unspecified “Natural Flavors.” (Parmely et al v. The Golub Corp., Case No. 20-cv-7491, S.D.N.Y.)
