March 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against ENT Credit Union for allegedly misrepresenting that it does not charge overdraft fees on accounts if they have enough money to cover a transaction when, according to the complaint, the credit union does charge customers overdraft fees even when their accounts have enough money to cover transactions.
