December 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kiss My Face, LLC for allegedly falsely marketing Obsessively Natural Kids Toothpaste as “100% Natural” when it actually contains non-natural, chemically-processed ingredients. (Troncoso et al v. Kiss My Face, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-9514, S. D. NY.)
