In May 2015, two more class-action lawsuits were filed against KIND, LLC for allegedly falsely marketing Kind snack bars, including the KIND Fruit & Nut Almond & Apricot and KIND Plus Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew + Antioxidants. The complaints allege that the company labels the snack bars as, among other things, “healthy” without meeting federal requirements to make such claims and “all natural” when they actually contain artificial and synthetic ingredients.
