Gogo’s Internet Services
A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Gogo LLC in January 2016. Among other things, the complaint alleges that the company markets passes, subscriptions and plans for in-flight Internet access as continuous, reliable, secure, safe, and comparable to ground-based services when such claims are not true. (Salameno et al v. Gogo Inc. and Gogo LLC, Case No. 16-cv-487, E. D.NY.)
