Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the company’s registration website represents customers will pay $39.95 for one month of in-flight Internet service without telling them that the charges would automatically recur on a monthly basis. (Welsh et al. v. Gogo LLC, Case No. 13-cv-6899, C. D. CA.).
