September 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Gogo LLC for allegedly misleadingly marketing the cost of in-flight Internet service. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the company’s registration website represents customers will pay $39.95 for one month of in-flight Internet service without telling them that the charges would automatically recur on a monthly basis.
