A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Gogo LLC in January 2016. Among other things, the complaint alleges that the company markets passes, subscriptions and plans for in-flight Internet access as continuous, reliable, secure, safe, and comparable to ground-based services when such claims are not true.
