TINA.org conducted two investigations that pertain to Tapestry brands.
One of these investigations looked into price advertising tactics used by outlet stores in Connecticut, including at a Coach Outlet store. To read more about that investigation, click here.
The other investigation looked into several social media influencers the FTC had notified (twice) of their legal obligation to properly disclose their relationships with brands when promoting products or services on social media platforms, one of whom was Ashley Benson who promoted Kate Spade on her Instagram account without proper disclosures.
