March 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Commonwealth Dairy for allegedly falsely labeling various flavors of Yo-Yummy Grade A All Natural Yogurt – including sour cherry, grape, strawberry, mixed berry, strawberry-banana, and cotton candy – as “All Natural” and containing “Only Natural Ingredients” when, according to the plaintiffs, they contain artificial and synthetic ingredients. (Condon et al v. Commonwealth Dairy, LLC, Case No. 16-cv-2295, S. D. NY.)
