Later in December, plaintiffs filed an amended complaint bringing similar allegations.
May 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Westbrae Natural for allegedly falsely advertising that the flavoring ingredient in Westsoy Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Soymilk is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list reveals that the product also contains “other natural flavors.” (Clark et al v. Westbrae Natural, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-3221, N.D. Cal.)
