In February 2013, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Welch’s for making heart health claims — such as “Helps Support A Healthy Heart” — on its Welch’s 100% Grape Juice label. According to the complaint, such health claims are impermissible and render the juice a misbranded product pursuant to FDA regulations. (Ahmed Haggag et al. v.
