Volvo’s Sensus

December 2017: This case was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

September 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Volvo for allegedly falsely marketing the in-car technology user interface “Sensus” in Volvo XC90s as being compatible with Android Auto (a Google app) when, according to the complaint, they are not. (Middien v. Volvo Cars of North America LLC et al, Case No. 17-cv-11721, D. Mass.)
