September 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Telebrands for allegedly failing to tell customers who purchased products that they would be enrolled in its “Everyday Savings” program resulting in their credit cards being charged without their consent. (Rosenbloom et al v. Telebrands Corp., Case No. 19-cv-17872, D.N.J.)
