September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against AC2T, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing that the Spartan Mosquito Eradicator provides “do-it-yourself mosquito control” that “eradicate[s] your mosquito population for up to 90 days” when, according to the complaint, the product does not kill mosquitos or decrease mosquito populations.
