December 2020: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Snow Teeth Whitening, its founder Joshua Elizetxe, and two celebrity promoters (former boxer Floyd Mayweather and football player Rob Gronkowski). Among other things, the complaint alleges that Snow Teeth Whitening falsely claims its products provide various teeth whitening benefits, provide protection from the COVID-19 virus, have been approved by the FDA, are patented, and have received awards and accolades from various publications when, in reality, none of these claims are true.
