Among other things, the complaint alleges that Snow Teeth Whitening falsely claims its products provide various teeth whitening benefits, provide protection from the COVID-19 virus, have been approved by the FDA, are patented, and have received awards and accolades from various publications when, in reality, none of these claims are true.
