In December 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Danone US, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer is flavored with vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include vanilla and shows that the creamer contains unspecified “natural flavor.” (Cartelli et al v. Danone US, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-11354, S.D.N.Y.)
