September 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Silk Operating Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing Silk Vanilla Almondmilk as being flavored with vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include vanilla and discloses that the product contains unspecified “Natural Flavor” instead. (Trust et al v. Silk Operating Company, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-8442, S.D.N.Y.)
