The complaint was originally filed in June 2016, amended in July 2016, and transferred to federal court in August 2017. (Stern et al v. RMG Sunset, Inc., PB Cantina, LLC, Cabo Cantina L.A., LLC, and Cabo Cantina, LLC, Case No. 17-cv-1646, S. D. CA.)
