October 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement. The settlement terms have not been disclosed.
June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Safeway, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing the Safeway Select Coffee Packets as being compatible with Keurig Machines when, in reality, the product is not compatible with Keurig 2.0 coffee brewing machines. (Stade et al v. Safeway, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-1381, S. D. CA.)
